Postgres row-level security separates workspace records, while database policies enforce seat capabilities and sensitive-field access.

Integration tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; webhooks are signature-verified, and point-in-time recovery has a 7-day window.

Exports and retention

Owners and admins can export records and uploaded documents as ZIPs. Records stay for the life of the account; after a paid plan ends, documents remain readable and exportable for at least 12 months.
